Glycon is a well-known California provider of Hazardous Waste Disposal Services. We were contacted because their website was lost in cyberspace and they needed assistance with marketing in general. They had worked with another SEO Company for 2 year with little to no result except a monthly bill. Their website ranked on page 8 or 9 for their top keyword and was not providing any kind of exposure for their business.
As usual, we took a multi-layered approach to kick start the program:
We optimized and built out 3 GMB location listings which all now rank in the Top 3 of the Google 3-pack.
We optimized and re-organized the company website. The site is large with over 100 pages. We reworked the content on each one of the main pages with current and efficient On-Page SEO that provided what Google was looking for. In effect we turned the site into Google’s best friend. The site now ranks on page 1 for the Top 15 keywords in the CA industry. The site is listed multiple times on the first page for their #1 keyword.
We set up blog syndication and optimized approximately 100 blog pages to make sure they were pushing link juice to the main pages. The on-page and off-page efforts have made the site impervious to any of the current Google algorithm changes.
We assisted the owner in reaching out to his current clientele for reviews to boost his ratings at the local level.
We built a consistent marketing effort to post to his social media channels and set up a program so that Google sees that there is social engagement on a consistent basis.
We developed an email outreach program to potential clientele throughout CA. This has proved to be very beneficial for the company as it introduces and brings in new clients quarterly.
